SpermVision

SpermVision is a phase contrast microscope 10X & 20 X phase optics with 40X & 100X bright field optics
with all standard configurations.

Centering Telescope to adjust phase contrast

When the microscope is not in use, it must be covered with the dust proof cover.

Clean the optical system by alcohol – ether mix with the help of cotton cloth at regular intervals (preferably of 8 to 10 days).

Thoroughly clean the objective lens after the use of the oil immersion lens (100x).

It is advisable to have one extra piece of halogen lamp (or the concerned illumination lamp) in reserve.
