Itis used as a Medium for Swim Down Technique. The kit contains Density Gradient (2 layer) & Sperm Washing Media.
Density Gradient – lower Layer 90% | Upper Layer 45% Colloidal suspension of silica particles stabilized with covalently bonded hydrophilic silane in a Hepes buffered Human Tubule Fluid.
Sperm Washing Media – Modified Human Tubule Fluid composed of Inorganic Salt, Gultamax, Glucose, Hepes Buffer and Antibiotic.
